RANKINGS AND LEVELS

Updated 25.6.2024

The national ranking can be found at the Tournamentsoftware website. There you will find the current ranking situation for the general levels and the junior and senior categories. From 1 July 2023 onwards, a 78-week calculation period have be used for the ranking calculation, during which a player's ten (10) best competitions will be taken into account.

Players' levels can also be found at the Tournamentsoftware player search. The correct level will be displayed from the effective date of the change, now July 1, 2024. The levels displayed through the registration process will be the levels that are in effect at the time of the tournament.

Players' scores from competitions abroad

Players' scores from ranking competitions and competitions sanctioned by BFW/BE (when entries are processed by Badminton Finland) will be recorded without any special request. If you find something missing please inform Badminton Finland the soonest by sending the tournament website link with readable results to email kilpailut@sulkapallo.fi

Players' points from other competitions abroad, on their own initiative, will be registered to the ranking at the player's request. The request must be accompanied by an indication:
- name of the competition, venue, date, level in the organizing country and a link to the results of the competition
- name of the player and player ID in Finland
- the player's level and result in the competition
- link to the results of the competition, where available

If there are several Finnish players in the same competition, it is important that one person is responsible for reporting the results of all participants in a single notification. The notification should be sent by e-mail to kilpailut@sulkapallo.fi.
